Quinnipiac’s York Hill campus is full of many things: beautiful sights, discouraging sounds, horrendous parking, and hockey games. But it appears that there might just be trouble in paradise, after student Cricket Clutterbeck was whisked away by a slight, average breeze as he was exiting the York Hill parking garage.
“I was flung so far that I landed in CAS—I was finally able to find it!” Clutterbeck told us at the Barnacle. He miraculously suffered zero injuries from his non-stop flight from York Hill to main campus, thanks to the construction crews using a trampoline to transport materials.
However, we all can’t be as lucky as Cricket. York Hill students need to take precautions in order to ensure that they don’t suffer a far worse fate. Cement shoes and weighted clothing are highly recommended to ensure that the vicious winds don’t take another victim; you can find them at the bookstore for a special “Save York Life” sale. Because if not, instead of going to On The Rocks, you’ll land on one.
