With the heat wave over the last 2 weeks, and more unpredictable New England weather to come, It might get hot y'all. To help you out as summer raps up here are some university approved (and some unapproved) ways to cool down your dorm room.
Smashing Windows
Get hot air out of your room faster by demolishing your windows. This method has already been tested out by a few unknown freshmen to great avail. So what if your entire floor has to pay for it?

Sleeping as close to the ground as possible
Heat rises so try to sleep low to the ground. You know…. In your loft bed.

Putting Your Sheets in the Freezer.
This will keep you nice and cool at night, while also displacing your frozen goods, and causing them to spoil. The best part is, it's not delivery. It's your sweaty sheets and pillow case.

Bloodletting
Losing excess blood can lower your body temperature, and make you feel cooler fast. It also worked great during the black death. Trust me I'm a Nursing Major.

Setting Your Roommate on Fire
Talk about getting lit. Setting your roommate ablaze will make you feel cooler by comparison. This will also set off the sprinklers in your dorm, turning your hallway into a fun slip and slide. Everybody wins, except your charred roommate, but not everybody can win.
