The Blunt Truth About Injecting Marijuana

Nivea Acosta

It seems no matter how often today’s youths are taught to say no to drugs, they always find a reason to experiment with them. Now teens are taking it a step further with a new trend of injecting marijuana in a wily attempt to imitate the likes of Snoop Dogg and Chief Keef. Little do they know the grave danger of what can happen after just one marijuana injection.

“The effects of a single marijuana injection can entice the user into listening to the Devil’s music and doing the Devil’s dirty deeds,” according to local Reverend Fredrick Smith. “That’s the problem with kids today. One minute they inject a marijuana and the next thing you know they’re committing scandalous acts such as listening to Bobby McFerrin while watching Pineapple Express. It’s a gateway drug to destruction when the only gateway they should worry about are the mighty ones in the sky.”

There have been dozens of reports of young teens trying out marijuana injections and overdosing. Hospitals are slowly releasing information on the effects it is having on the body such as the brain looking oddly similar to a delicious fried egg. So far there are two reported deaths of a marijuana injection.

Parents are also concerned over their children’s newfound hobby. “My son used to be a straight A student. He was always so determined. Now he does sits around in his room all day! He reeks like a skunk ever since he started injecting marijuana! I’m so worried that one day I might walk in and find him slumped over, unresponsive,” said Ann Keibler.

With PSA announcements planned nationwide about the dangers of injecting marijuana, teens will hopefully deter from smoking the Devil’s herb unless they want to end up like notorious marijuana users such as Fetty Wap or Bill Gates.
